1. What does art mean to you?
Art is the expression of you and your perceptions
2. Does art have spiritual resonance in today's society at large?
People don't care about art, except the artists themselves
3. What is the most rewarding aspect of your creativity?
Sharing is caring
4. Do we lack cohesiveness as artistic entities whilst creating outside of any said "ism"?
4. Do we lack cohesiveness as artistic entities whilst creating outside of any said "ism"?
Like feminism, or sexism? what about occultism, that one is up and coming
5. People are collaborating without ever actually meeting each other, are we spawning a neo-renaissance in art?
The internet is neo-renaissance then. Is that where people meet?
6. Class is insignificant when creative spirit is involved, is the artist beyond the class divide?
There is a sense of human coherence within the artistic realm. Art is too colorful of an entity for human color to matter to us. But I guess this is an issue about class, not race, right? There are people who succeed as artists solely because of their class connections, but I feel that successful artists go beyond money and create out of desire to create in reaction to the society they are a part of. Art should no longer be dictated by the big white penises of the renaissance. Art history is always in the present, without denying the past of course, but the western past is pretty boring.
7. What is most important to you?
Life and death and the afterlife.
